The Iditarod
Thanks again to all who attended my presentation at the TIE conference!
View my Power Point Presentation from the TIE conference.
(Website links in my PowerPoint work now, with a few bugs I'm still trying to work out: when you click out to a Hyperlink you may have to back click twice to return to the Power Point; and it may return you to the beginning of the Power Point regardless of what page you linked out from. I'll be adding the document links soon. Thanks for your patience!)
I will be adding as much of my Iditarod materials to this website as possible, as soon as possible. If you don't want to keep checking back and would like to be notified when something new is added to my Iditarod pages just send me an email (roxanne.everhard@k12.sd.us) and I'll notify you whenever something new is added.

Try the short quiz over the Iditarod that I developed for my computer programming class.
Check out "Iditarod, The Game" a life size board game I developed. There are two types of "spaces," the checkpoint spaces and the "move ahead, move back and stay here" spaces. They can be copied off, laminated and placed on the floor; or copied off several to a page and pasted to tag board to make a regular size board game.
Here is the rubric for the temperature graph assignment done during the Iditarod unit.
