I attended the TTL Academy @ BHSU in June of 1998 where I learned "megabytes" about computers and had fun creating new and interesting lessons using computers. I also attended the TTL Academy follow-up session August 1999.

I attended Advanced TTL (TTLA) @ DSU in June of 2001. It was a great experience as I expanded my knowledge of technology (check out the movie Kellie, Barbara and I made).
I attended DTL (Distance, Teaching and Learning) at White River, SD during July 2001. Check out the lesson plans I wrote during this course. It is for a weather unit I did with another teacher.
I really enjoyed my position as the TTL instructor at Winner during the month of June 2002. I was a TTL instructor again for ParaProfessional TTL at Todd County Schools during June 2003, another fun and rewarding position.
I was a member of the LOFTI (ppt or htm) steering committee for White River schools, a position that was been educational and fun.
I was a field specialist for South Dakota's EdWeb, a site that allows teachers, parents and students to link to websites that correlate to South Dakota State Content Standards.
Check out my Iditarod Unit materials- in "on-going development," this is my favorite unit and I presented on it at the 2003 and 2004 TIE conferences.
In 2001 I received an appointment from then Governor Janklow to the newly formed South Dakota Academic Achievement Testing Advisory Council.
I was the White River Education Association's treasurer for 2001-'02, '02-'03 and '03-'04.
I received my MOUS certification on Microsoft Outlook in July 2002.
I am a former member of and secretary for the White River Indian Education Committee.
I implemented and supervised a summer reading program at Norris Elementary school in 2000.
